How does the repair service work?

1. You provide details of the issue, repair or service required and we will get back to you as soon as possible with an estimate.

2. You approve the estimate and pay deposit (which is a percentage of the estimate) towards the parts.

3. When the parts arrive, we can arrange a time suitable to you, to have your device repaired and returned to you.


Please note:: Repairs are performed at my family home, so we'll need to pre-arrange a time for your device to be dropped off/picked up and other wise collected from you.

I will often ask that your device is kept overnight, as repairs are often carried out in the evening and I take my time to ensure the device is fully working as expected. If this is not suitable, let me know.

How long does it take?

We'd first expect parts to arrive within 2-3 working days, then the repair normally takes a couple of hours (depending on the complexity). We will inform you if we expect this time to be longer.

Please remember, sometimes unforseen circumstances cause deliveries to be delayed or the wrong parts are ordered. We will do our best to ensure you are well-informed at all times.

What devices do you repair or service?

We can repair a multitude of consumer electronics, please get in touch if your device is not a smartphone, tablet, pc or laptop. We will do our best to help you!

Smartphones and Tablets: We currently repair the full iPhone, iPad and iPod range and many other popular smartphones such as the Samsung Galaxy range.


PC's and Laptops: We service, repair and upgrade the majority of mainstream makes and models, including Apple, HP, Dell and Samsung.

What happens if my device can't be fixed?

We operate a No Fix, No Fee policy. If we cannot repair your device, you don't pay*

We can repair most devices, but in the event that there is an issue with the device or subsequent issue resulting from an unforseen problem, then you will only need to pay for the parts used.

If you have already paid the deposit, you will not need to pay anymore. If you have paid in full, you will be refunded the difference. If the parts have not been used in your device you will be refunded any money transacted and the device will be returned to you.

* Our No Fix, No Fee policy does not apply to Water Damage repairs or the Diagnostic and Assessment service.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. 3 month warranty on manufacturing defects.

There is no warranty for water damaged devices or for devices that have been previously repaired or refurbished.

How much does a repair cost?

Repairs are priced individually based on the type of fault or damage and the cost of parts. Please get in touch for a free estimate.

Are all costs included?

Yes. The price you see on your estimate is the price you pay. There are no hidden costs.

What repair parts do you use?

We only use the highest quality (AAA+) parts for all our repairs.

Will the repair void my original manufacturer warranty?

Yes, most repairs (where the device is openned up) will void the manufacturer’s warranty. Remember, accidental damage, such as a smashed screen, is outside of the manufacturer’s warranty anyway, so getting it repaired is one of the best options.

Is my data safe?

Most repairs should not in any way affect your data, unless otherwise agreed. However, as a precaution, we do advise all customers to backup their data before getting their device repaired or serviced.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss of data due to repairs carried out on your device, please ensure any important data is backed up before the device is taken in.

What do I need to bring with my device?

Smartphones and Tablets: You only need your device. We don’t need the SIM card, charger or any other accessories.


PC's and Laptops: We will need the power cable or charger, no other accessories are required.

Please be aware that we may ask for your passcode/lock code for your smartphone or tablet. We'll ask for your Login password for your PC or laptop if we're performing a service, repair or upgrade.
